Jessica is the Executive Editor for the APS editorial department. She oversees the activity of the department's 200 international editors, the peer-review workflows, and the editorial policies that ensure scientific excellence and integrity across all APS titles. Jessica has a Ph.D. in experimental condensed matter physics from MIT and worked as a postdoc and researcher at Brookhaven National Lab (BNL). She has worked as an editor for Nature Nanotechnology and for Physical Review Letters, and she was the Editor of Physics Magazine from 2012 to 2020.
